Egg Harbor Township, NJ (June 25, 2007) – M. Malia & Associates, Inc. (MMA), a leading consultant and designer of professional security systems, has announced a new management appointment to help further fuel the company’s continued success and growth. Patricia Fischer is the new Director, Operational Consulting and Training. In addition, Stephen Malia has been promoted internally to the position of Director, Design & Production. These new personnel additions follow MMA’s recent relocation to larger headquarter facilities located in the seaside town of Egg Harbor Township, NJ.

Her experience is further testimony to the focus MMA offers for specific categories of business, such as gaming and the government, where specific requirements and regulations play a critical role in implementing comprehensive security solutions,” said Michael J. In her new role as Director, Operational Consulting and Training, Ms. Fischer will be responsible for consulting clientele from a wide range of business categories on the operation and nuances of advanced integrated security systems designed by MMA. Additionally, Ms. Fischer will apply her impressive experience from security management positions she has held over her 20+ years in the industry with such notable establishments as Wynn Resorts Las Vegas, Bellagio, Mirage, Golden Nugget and the Hilton Corporation to further cultivate MMA’s business opportunities in the gaming industry.

Stephen Malia has been promoted internally from Project Coordinator to the new created position of Director, Design & Production. He is now responsible for overseeing MMA's CAD and production staff and the coordination of all technical drawings, equipment specifications, special requirements, and code and compliance regulations involved on each MMA project. Stephen is also an active member of BICSI.
